Paramatrix Technologies - buys additional 25% stake in Metasys for 35.2 mln rupees

Paramatrix Technologies Limited has acquired an additional 25% stake in Metasys Software Private Limited for 35.2 million rupees, bringing its total ownership to 76% following the completion of the first tranche of the acquisition in January 2025. The phased acquisition strategy, announced earlier, aims to ensure smooth integration of operations while maintaining stability at Metasys.

The company has emphasized a disciplined integration approach, focusing on aligning teams, systems, and delivery processes while preserving operational continuity. With majority ownership now secured, Paramatrix has gained management control and strategic oversight, enabling closer coordination across client delivery and solution development.

The acquisition is expected to enhance Paramatrix’s global delivery capabilities and expand its platform for recurring international engagements. The company has outlined plans to continue acquiring the remaining stake in subsequent tranches as part of its structured ownership strategy.
