Aevex - prices public offering of 8 mln shares at $27 per share
AEVEX Corp. (NYSE: AVEX) has priced a public offering of 8 million shares of its Class A common stock at $27 per share, raising $216 million in gross proceeds. The offering includes option for underwriters to purchase up to an additional 1.2 million shares at the same price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is being managed by a group of underwriters, including Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, and Jefferies, who are joint lead bookrunning managers.
The offering follows AEVEX’s initial public offering in April 2026, which raised $320 million at $20 per share. Since its IPO, AEVEX shares have experienced strong performance, with the stock near its 52-week high of $42.34 as of June 2026. The company, a portfolio company of Madison Dearborn Partners, specializes in unmanned systems and technology for defense applications, including Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), loitering munitions, and Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USV).
