On January 15th, MetaMask officially launched native support for the Tron network in its mobile app and browser extension wallet. This integration, a collaboration between MetaMask and the Tron DAO, aims to advance its multi-chain expansion strategy. Users can now directly manage TRON assets within MetaMask, interact with native TRON DApps, and exchange assets between TRON, EVM-compatible networks, Solana, and Bitcoin. Furthermore, this update also supports sending USDT and staking TRX on the TRON network. Currently, the daily stablecoin transaction volume on the TRON network exceeds $21 billion.
