Mars Finance reports that crypto payment company Alchemy Pay has officially obtained a Money Transmission License (MTL) in South Dakota, marking another step forward in its compliance process. This brings the company's total number of licenses in 13 US states to 1, and it is currently pursuing more MTL license applications in multiple US jurisdictions. In the past year, Alchemy Pay has also obtained key regulatory approvals in Australia, South Korea, Switzerland, and Hong Kong, accelerating the formation of its global compliant payment network.
