Odaily Odaily that Uniswap founder Hayden Adams announced on the X platform that the Uniswap Unification proposal has been submitted to a final governance vote. Voting will begin at 10:30 PM ET on December 19th and end on December 25th. If the proposal passes, after a two-day timelock period:
1. 100 million UNI tokens will be destroyed.
2. The v2 and v3 fee switches will be enabled on the mainnet and will begin burning UNI, along with Unichain fees.
