Envision Greenwise - expected result due to increase in revenue by over HK$1,500.0 mln for year, others

Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited is set to report its first half 2026 results on November 26, 2025. The company has demonstrated significant revenue growth in recent periods, with revenue for the six months ended September 30, 2025, reaching HK$815.5 million, a 228.6% increase compared to the same period in the prior year. This growth has been driven by expansion in reverse supply chain management and environmental-related services. Gross profit also rose by 89.6% to HK$84.2 million, although the gross margin declined to 10.3% from 17.9% due to a shift in revenue mix.

Net profit attributable to owners turned positive at HK$15.1 million for the six-month period, compared to a loss of HK$26.6 million in the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA also improved significantly, rising to HK$36.1 million from HK$15.9 million year-over-year. Despite these improvements, the company’s return on equity remains at 4.1%, which is considered low.

Looking ahead, management has expressed optimism about continued growth, supported by new projects and international collaborations. The company is also expanding its global service network and has plans for a first EV battery processing plant in Hong Kong, expected to commence operations in the first half of 2026.
