Anchorage Digital has acquired Securitize's RIA platform to expand its wealth management business.

According to Foresight News , citing CoinDesk, crypto bank Anchorage Digital has acquired Securitize For Advisors (SFA), Securitize's RIA platform, to expand its wealth management business. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Currently, Anchorage Digital Bank manages 99% of Securitize For Advisors client assets, and the SFA business operates entirely on Anchorage's infrastructure.
