On January 13, Senator Cynthia Lummis posted on the X platform, stating, "After months of effort, we have prepared a bipartisan bill text for consideration this Thursday. I urge my Democratic colleagues not to back down on the progress we have made. The Digital Asset Markets Clarity Act will provide the industry with the necessary regulatory certainty, preserving American innovation while protecting consumers."
