Cosmos Health - enters five-year contract manufacturing agreement with Pharmex

Cosmos Health Inc. (NASDAQ: COSM) has entered into a five-year contract manufacturing agreement with Pharmex S.A., a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company, to produce 300,000 bottles annually of the antiseptic drug AMBITASOL 1L, totaling 1.5 million units over the agreement period. The agreement follows recent facility upgrades at Cana Laboratories, Cosmos Health’s wholly owned subsidiary, which is licensed under European Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and certified by the European Medicines Agency (EMA). These enhancements are part of a broader strategy to expand Cosmos Health’s contract manufacturing capabilities and diversify revenue streams. Cana’s upgraded Athens facility is now equipped to produce a wide range of pharmaceutical products, including antiseptics, biocides, and dermocosmetics. The partnership with Pharmex, a company with over four decades of experience in dermatology, ophthalmology, and pediatrics, supports Cosmos Health’s goal of strengthening its manufacturing business and enhancing cash flow. The agreement underscores the company’s ongoing efforts to scale operations and leverage its global healthcare platform.
