Anchorage Digital acquires Securitize's wealth management division.

According to Mars Finance, market sources indicate that Anchorage Digital has acquired Securitize For Advisors, the wealth management arm of Securitize, to expand its services for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The transaction includes Securitize For Advisors' team and front-end platform, enabling Anchorage to integrate the division's technology with its federally regulated digital asset custody services. Over the past year, the advisory division has grown by more than 4500%, with record highs in both deposits and net assets under management.
