Fraser's Property Ltd: announcement of cessation of appointment of chief executive officer Fraser's Property Singapore

Frasers Property Limited has announced the cessation of the appointment of Soon Su Lin as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Frasers Property Singapore, effective 1 April 2022. In this role, Ms. Soon was responsible for overseeing the company’s Singapore operations, which include Frasers Property Retail, as well as commercial and residential businesses. She reported directly to Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, the Group CEO of Frasers Property.

Ms. Soon had previously served as CEO of Development for Frasers Property (Holdings) Thailand, where she led major projects such as One Bangkok, a large-scale mixed-use development, and The PARQ, a certified sustainable development. Her extensive experience in real estate development and leadership was cited as a key reason for her appointment to the Singapore role.

The transition was described as a strategic move to strengthen leadership alignment and ensure continued growth in Singapore, a key market for the Group. Ms. Soon’s departure from the role marks a leadership shift as the company continues to evolve its management structure in response to market dynamics and long-term strategic goals.
