Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) reported that its EAI robot shipments reached 69 units in May 2026, surpassing the combined total of 88 units shipped in March and April. This brings the cumulative total for the three-month period to 157 units. FF’s EAI robot strategy emphasizes a multi-form approach, including both humanoid and bionic robots, tailored to specific use cases such as education, security, healthcare, and hospitality. The company also highlighted the launch of its decentralized Data Factory, which has completed initial deployments and is now collecting and training data based on real-world robot operations. This development is expected to enhance the performance and adaptability of FF’s EAI robots through continuous learning and iteration.
In addition to operational progress, FF has taken legal action by submitting a referral letter to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding suspected illegal short-selling activities. The company stated that it is committed to protecting its stockholders and ensuring that its market value reflects its operational fundamentals and long-term potential.
FF’s recent business updates also included participation in major industry and investor events, where the company shared progress on Physical AI and EAI vehicle development. These efforts are part of FF’s broader strategy to expand its ecosystem and establish a leadership position in the emerging EAI robotics market.
