Russian hackers have reportedly compromised Ukraine’s government digital platform Diia, which is used by Ukrainian military personnel to authorize Starlink devices and by civilians for services such as registering online marriages. Members of the hacker group, PalachPro, accessed the platform’s administrative panel, The Caspian Post reports, citing the SHOT Telegram channel. This section of the system stores service reviews and quality ratings, processes citizen feedback, and manages user inquiries and complaints. The attackers are also said to have obtained a list of the platform’s developers and administrators. In 2024, Diia was named a finalist at the International Customer Centricity World Awards. As of last autumn, the service was reportedly used by 23 million people across Ukraine. Full Story
