Onde - contract value is about PLN 81 mln net

ONDE, a renewable energy contractor specializing in solar and wind projects, has entered into a contract valued at approximately PLN 81 million net. The agreement involves the sale of a 23.1 MW portfolio of solar projects to SachsenEnergie, a German municipal utility. The portfolio includes two projects currently under construction with a combined capacity of 18.7 MW and one project under development with a potential capacity of 4.4 MW.

Under the terms of the contract, ONDE will receive additional remuneration of up to PLN 5 million contingent on the granting of power generation concessions and the achievement of a ready-to-build status for the under-development project. SachsenEnergie will also reimburse ONDE for all loans provided to special purpose vehicles associated with the projects and will repay an investment loan.

The transaction marks ONDE’s first collaboration with a German public entity and reflects the company’s strategic focus on expanding its presence in the European renewable energy market. Marek Marzec, ONDE Vice-President, emphasized the significance of the deal, noting growing investment in energy transition projects across the EU and ONDE’s commitment to participating in this market.

The PLN 81 million net contract value underscores the ongoing trend of solar project acquisitions in the renewable energy sector, aligning with broader industry developments in 2026.
