Artemis co-founder: Solana is poised to become the most widely used blockchain by 2025.

According to Foresight News , Jon Ma, co-founder of blockchain data provider Artemis, tweeted that "Solana will be the most widely used blockchain in 2025. The reasons are: Solana ranks first with 98 million monthly active users (MAU) (approximately 5 times that of Base); Solana ranks first with 34 billion transactions (18 times that of BNB); it ranks first with $1.6 trillion in transaction volume (1.7 times that of ETH); it ranks first with $5 billion in application fees (2 times that of ETH); and it ranks first with $1.5 billion in revenue (2.4 times that of TRX)."

Ethereum still dominates in areas including: total transaction volume (Solana ranks third), TVL (Solana ranks second), developer activity (Solana ranks second), and stablecoin supply (Solana ranks third). However, in terms of pure usage, Solana did become the most widely used blockchain in 2025.
