Nutrabolt working with JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs and BofA: RTRS
Nutrabolt, a global active health and wellness company, has engaged JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and Bank of America in a strategic capacity, as part of its ongoing business development and financial planning efforts. These institutions, which have previously collaborated on high-profile initiatives such as the Center for Climate-Aligned Finance, bring extensive expertise in capital markets, investment strategy, and corporate finance. Their involvement with Nutrabolt underscores the company’s focus on scaling its operations and enhancing its market presence through strategic partnerships and capital optimization.
The collaboration aligns with Nutrabolt’s broader strategy to expand its footprint in the functional beverage and active nutrition sectors. Earlier in 2022, Nutrabolt entered into a strategic partnership with Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), which included a $863 million equity investment and a long-term sales and distribution agreement for the C4® Energy brand. This partnership significantly expanded KDP’s presence in the performance energy drink market and provided Nutrabolt with enhanced distribution capabilities.
Nutrabolt has also demonstrated a commitment to sustainability, partnering with Plastic Bank in 2022 to offset all plastic used in its production since January 2021, achieving certified plastic neutrality. These efforts reflect a broader trend among consumer goods companies to integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into their business models.
The involvement of JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, and Bank of America in Nutrabolt’s strategic initiatives highlights the growing role of major financial institutions in supporting high-growth companies across multiple sectors. These banks have also been active in broader financial system stabilization efforts, such as the $30 billion deposit initiative involving First Republic Bank in 2023. Their engagement with Nutrabolt signals confidence in the company’s long-term growth potential and its alignment with evolving market and regulatory expectations.
