NTI Group expands digitalization offering through purchase of DiRoots

NTI Group has acquired DiRoots, a software development company specializing in tools for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, further expanding its digitalization offerings. DiRoots, with over 130,000 users in more than 90 countries, has developed widely adopted tools within the Autodesk ecosystem. The acquisition aligns with NTI Group’s strategy to support digital transformation in the AEC sector.
