Odaily Odaily that Nick Martitsch, Head of Market Development at Paradigm, announced this week will be his final week at Paradigm, where he has built and advanced the market development function for three years. Previously, Paradigm General Partner Charie Noyes announced his resignation from his position, but he will continue to serve as a board observer alongside Paradigm founder Matt Huang in Kalshi affairs and provide support to Paradigm's portfolio companies and founders.
