Titan Wind Energy Suzhou says unit won about 600 mln yuan order for offshore wind project jacket foundations

Titan Wind Energy (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. announced that its subsidiaries have secured a contract valued at approximately CNY600 million for jacket foundations related to an offshore wind project in China. The order, disclosed in a recent filing, pertains to the Datang Hainan Danzhou offshore wind project, specifically for Site II, which is being developed by Datang (Danzhou) Offshore Energy Development. The scope of work includes the fabrication of 11 jacket foundations and steel structures for an offshore booster station foundation. The project, which will feature 60 turbines rated at 10MW each, also includes one offshore substation and supporting infrastructure. Titan’s involvement covers the jacket foundations and the substation base structure, with construction managed by Datang (Danzhou) Marine Energy Development.

This contract follows a recent CNY700 million order for jacket foundation equipment on the Shanwei Honghai Bay 6 offshore wind project, further demonstrating Titan’s growing presence in China. The company, a leading manufacturer of wind turbine towers in China, has also expanded into the European offshore wind foundation market through acquisition of a facility in Cuxhaven, Germany. The latest order underscores Titan’s capacity to deliver large-scale offshore wind infrastructure and reinforces its position in the global renewable energy market.
