According to Foresight News , Ember Monitoring reports that a whale /institution that previously profited $24.48 million from shorting ETH and then went long has withdrawn another 22,720 ETH (worth approximately $71.14 million) from Binance in the past half hour. Since November 5th, this address has transferred a total of $1.169 billion into Binance and withdrawn 444,800 ETH (worth approximately $1.51 billion), at an average price of $3,398. Currently, this address has a paper loss of approximately $133 million.
