The MOU outlines collaborative efforts to conduct preliminary evaluation activities, including information exchange, site visits, land and power assessments, due diligence, and project development discussions. The contemplated project may involve a planned power capacity of up to approximately 100 megawatts (MW), though the project remains in an early evaluation stage with no decision yet made to proceed with development or commit capital investment. The MOU includes customary provisions such as confidentiality, compliance, governing law, and dispute resolution, but is otherwise non-binding.
