As of June 30, 2026, Kona BidCo AS has received acceptances for 59,948 shares in Zalaris ASA under its ongoing mandatory offer to acquire all shares in the company not already owned by the offeror. This brings the total number of accepted shares to 59,948, with the offer period expires July 14, 2026, at 16:30 CEST.

The offer price is set at NOK 100 per share, and the offeror already holds 19,127,926 shares in Zalaris ASA.
