HAL declares dividend of 10 rupees per share for FY 2025-26

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has declared a dividend of Rs 10 per equity share for the fiscal year 2025-26, as part of its interim dividend distribution. This payment, made at a face value of Rs 5 per share, amounts to a total outflow of Rs, 1,003 crores to shareholders. This follows an interim dividend of Rs 35 per share for FY 2025-26 and a final dividend for FY 2024-25, reflecting the company’s consistent approach to shareholder returns.

The FY 2025-26 financial year saw HAL achieve a revenue of Rs 32,250 crores (provisional and unaudited), marking an increase from the previous year’s revenue of Rs 30,981 crores. Despite supply chain disruptions affecting key programs such as the LCA Mk1A and HTT 40, the company maintained revenue growth through accelerated deliveries of other platforms, including ALH, AL31-FP engines, and RD-33 engines.

HAL’s order book remains robust at approximately Rs 2.54 lakh crores as of March 31, 2026, driven by major contracts with the Ministry of Defence. The company also continues to expand its manufacturing capabilities and has taken steps toward greater self-reliance in critical materials through strategic partnerships.
