Whitehawk Ltd - Welcomes global executive Adrian Vallino as Group CEO

Whitehawk Ltd has announced the appointment of Adrian Vallino as Group Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Vallino brings over 24 years of experience in financial services, including roles in debt markets, insurance, and mortgage lending. Most recently, he served as Vice President and Senior Operating Officer at BNY Mellon, where he led digital transformation initiatives and acted as a document custodian.

Vallino’s career has been marked by a focus on streamlining complex workflows and enhancing digital processes. At BNY Mellon, he was instrumental in aligning stakeholders to improve document custodianship, a process often described as high-touch, lengthy, and costly. His leadership in digital transformation has also extended to regulatory compliance, with a particular emphasis on Risk & Compliance frameworks.

Prior to joining Whitehawk, Vallino led Ezidox, a digital business services platform developed by Lakeba, where he focused on expanding document exchange roles for highly regulated industries. Ezidox is certified for SOC2 Type 2 and PCI DSS standards and is accredited for Consumer Data Rights (CDR) in Australia.
