According to Odaily Odaily, based on Ember's monitoring, when the price of ETH reached a high of $4,700 in mid-September, 2.66 million ETH chose to exit staking. After three and a half months of digestion, there are currently 80,000 ETH remaining awaiting exit from staking. During the period of digesting approximately 2.6 million ETH exiting staking, the price of ETH fell by 34%, from $4,700 to $3,100.
The situation has now reversed, with the number of ETH waiting to be staked far exceeding the number of ETH being withdrawn. Ethereum treasury company BitMNR (@BitMNR) has recently staked a large amount of ETH, depositing 593,152 ETH in the last 8 days.
