Santos - Yasmin Allen retires from Santos board on 21 February 2026

Santos Limited has announced that Ms. Yasmin Allen AM will retire as a Non-Executive Director of the company, effective 21 February 2026. Ms. Allen has served on the board since October 2014 and has contributed to the company’s strategic direction during a period of significant transformation, including major growth transactions and projects. She previously chaired the People, Remuneration and Culture Committee from September 2017 to April 2024 and was a member of both the People, Remuneration and Culture Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee.

Ms. Allen holds no shares directly in Santos but has an indirect interest in 48,883 fully paid ordinary shares through the N & Y Allen Super Fund, in which she is a 50 percent beneficiary. Her retirement follows the completion of her current term on the board.
