China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co - delivery of aircraft expected by 15 July 2026

CDB Aviation, a wholly owned Irish subsidiary of China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co., Limited (“CDB Leasing”), has delivered one Boeing 737-8 aircraft to China Southern Airlines Company Limited (“China Southern”) ahead of the 15 July 2026 delivery deadline. This delivery marks the latest in a series of aircraft supplied to China Southern, following the receipt of two Airbus A321-251NX aircraft in August 2025, which increased the number of aircraft on long-term lease to the carrier to three.

The delivery aligns with CDB Aviation’s ongoing efforts to support the growth strategies of its airline partners in the Greater China region. Michelle Wu, CDB Aviation’s Head of Commercial, Greater China, emphasized the importance of the partnership with China Southern and modern aircraft enhancing operational capabilities.
