Greenway Technologies announces resignation of Raymond Wright
Greenway Technologies, Inc. (OTC: GWTI) announced that Raymond Wright has resigned from his position as Interim President and Chairman of the Board. Wright, who has served as President of Greenway Innovative Energy, Inc. since August 2012, will no longer hold these roles, though his future involvement or reasons remain undisclosed.
Wright played a pivotal role in the development of the company’s gas-to-liquids (GTL) and gas-to-hydrogen (GTH) technologies, including the patented G-Reformer® system. His contributions were instrumental in the company’s research and development efforts, particularly collaboration with The University of Texas at Arlington.
The company has not yet announced a successor for the role of Interim President or Chairman. Doug Cogan, who was appointed CEO in November 2025, will continue to lead strategic direction. The Board of Directors will likely address the leadership transition in the coming weeks.
Greenway Technologies remains focused on advancing its GTL and GTH technologies, which aim to convert natural gas into clean fuels and high-value chemicals. The company recently announced the development of an H-Reformer system, an evolution of its G-Reformer technology, which enhances hydrogen production efficiency.
Investors are advised to monitor the company’s upcoming SEC filings and board announcements for further details on leadership changes and operational updates.
