Pirelli and C. S.p.A - confirms Andrea Casaluci as CEO

Andrea Casaluci has been confirmed as Chief Executive Officer of Pirelli and C. S.p.A., following the first meeting of the newly appointed Board of Directors on August 1, 2023. Casaluci, who joined Pirelli in 2002, has held a range of leadership roles across multiple regions and departments, including Chief Operating Officer Europe and CEO Italy. His appointment as CEO marks a continuation of his long-standing career within the company, with a focus on operational management and strategic execution.

Marco Tronchetti Provera was appointed as Executive Vice Chairman, overseeing general strategies, communication, corporate affairs, and shareholder relations. The Board also confirmed the composition of several committees, including the newly established Sustainability Committee, reflecting the company’s commitment to governance and long-term value creation.
