RMA Global - Michelle Sheehan resigns as CFO and company secretary effective July 14, 2026
RMA Global Limited (ASX: RMY) has announced that Michelle Sheehan will resign as CFO effective July, 14, 2026. Sheehan, who joined the company in October 2025, has over 20 years of experience in financial leadership, corporate governance, and high-growth SaaS sectors. Prior to joining RMA Global, she served as CFO of Livewire and key role in DGIT sale to CSG.
Sheehan’s appointment was intended to strengthen the company’s financial and governance structures during a period of strategic expansion. Her tenure coincided with several key developments, including the acquisition of Steps Marketing Inc. for $4 million in December 2024, and the appointment of Prateek Munjal as CFO in December 2023. Munjal, who has since resigned, will be succeeded by Sheehan, who will step down from these roles in mid-2026.
The company has not disclosed the immediate successor to Sheehan’s roles, but the transition is expected to be managed in alignment with RMA Global’s ongoing strategic priorities. The board has emphasized a commitment to maintaining strong governance and financial oversight during this leadership change.
RMA Global’s financial performance has shown mixed results in recent years. While revenue has grown consistently, the company remains unprofitable, with a forecast net loss of AU$3.86k for 2026. Analysts have revised earnings estimates downward, and the stock has faced volatility, with an average weekly price fluctuation of 20% in the past three months. Despite these challenges, the company’s board has maintained a relatively stable composition, with an average tenure of 4.8 years.
The leadership transition comes as RMA Global prepares for its 2025 Annual General Meeting on November 26, 2025, and amid ongoing strategic initiatives to expand its market presence. The company’s financial and governance structure will remain under close scrutiny as it navigates this change in leadership.
